The following sets out Easyairconditioning Ltd warranty policy.

 

All warranty claims should be made against Easyairconditioning Ltd.

 

Easyairconditioning Ltd holds and deals with all warranty claims.

 

Twelve Month Warranty Provides

Twelve (12) months warranty from date of delivery.

Mix – match split systems (unless otherwise agreed with Easyairconditioning.com at time of purchase)

Non-manufactures parts or equipment.

Spare Parts Only

Special products, including modification or refrigerant conversions.

Models sold from bargain price lists, or as seconds.

Products not installed by an approved installer

Within the warranty period the products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults in material and workmanship. The faulty parts will be replaced free of charge provided the correct procedures are complied with.

The standard 12 Months warranty does not include for any labour allowance other than at the discretion of Easyairconditioning Ltd

 

Thirty-Six Month Warranty provides

Thirty six (36) months from date of delivery.

Small split systems matched pairs

Commercial Split systems from the product range

Multi Split systems (approved combinations) from the product range

VRF (all types, approved combinations) range

Within the warranty period the products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults in material and workmanship. The faulty parts will be replaced free of charge provided the correct procedures are complied with, together with a warranty claim form and returned parts.

The standard 36 Months warranty does not include for any labour allowance other unless installed by an approved installer

 

Eighty Four (84) - Month Warranty provides

Eighty Four (84) months from date of delivery.

VRF (all types, approved combinations) range

Within the warranty period the products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults in material and workmanship. The faulty parts will be replaced free of charge provided the correct procedures are complied with, together with a warranty claim form and returned parts.

The standard 84 Months warranty includes for a labour allowance available upon request

 

Conditions of Warranty.

Twelve (12) and Thirty Six (36) and Eighty Four (84) Month Warranty Policy are subject to the following conditions: -

The equipment is installed by an authorized Easyairconditioning Ltd dealer/approved installer, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and instructions, by an authorized Easyairconditioning Ltd dealer/approved installer.

Repeat warranty replacements will be subject to investigation by Easyairconditioning.com or the manufacturer.

Equipment has been supplied by Easyairconditioning Ltd

Compliance with section 10 of our terms and conditions

Refrigeration products should be installed by a person having an FGAS accreditation

Heat pumps products should be installed by MCS accredited installer

 

 

Should you believe that an air conditioning unit has failed during its warranty period we recommend you contact our Technical Support Desk on 01217463500 to confirm your observations and establish the precise parts requiring replacement?

 

To order replacement parts under warranty please ask to be transferred to our Warranty department or contact them directly on 01217463500. They will assist you in identifying the correct part number to order.

 

Your official purchase order should be submitted, together with a fully completed warranty claim form which can be downloaded from this website

 

On receipt of the purchase order (which should be clearly marked as a warranty claim), providing that your order is received before 12.00hrs and is for delivery within mainland UK, the part(s) will be dispatched to you the next working day, subject to availability. The parts order will not be treated as a potential warranty claim until supported by a fully completed warranty claim form.

 

Ideally, this form should be submitted at the same time as the parts order, but we allow a maximum period of seven days for submission, before the warranty claim is rejected.

On receipt of the warranty claim form a validation process will be followed to ensure all conditions of warranty are met. Should there be any query, you will be contacted directly by the warranty department.

 

We may request for the parts to be returned at our cost for inspection. For this purpose, parts must be retained for a maximum of 30 days before disposal. On successful validation of the warranty claim a full credit for the part(s) will be issued within 30 days of the claim being made. Should a warranty claim be rejected a full explanation will be provided and the invoice for the parts will be payable.
 

Warranty Period

 

Panasonic            – 1 year for installations by a qualified, but not approved installer

                             – 3 years for installations by a qualified and approved installer

 

Samsung             – 1 year for installations by a qualified, but not approved installer

                            – 3 years for installations by a qualified and approved installer

                 – 7 years for installations by a qualified and approved Samsung installer

 

Blue Box             – 1 year from commissioning or 18 months from delivery

Loran                  – 1 year from commissioning or 18 months from delivery

Easy Products    – 1 year from commissioning or 18 months from delivery

 

Special cases

Parts supplied for units not under an existing warranty or not supplied by Easyairconditioning are covered for 6 months from date of delivery
